we had Paul out to see our tumble dryer which had a major motor fire fault. He was reassuring and guided us as to what to do with the manufacture. He also advised us on getting some fire extinguisher balls seeming how close we came to the appliance setting the house on fire. Couldn’t recommend Paul enough to be honest and will absolutely be using him for all our appliance needs moving forward.
Really happy with the service I got from Paul. I was struggling to find someone local to repair my Rangemaster cooker (I couldn’t even get a callback from a supposed local Rangemaster expert)! I booked Paul via a National booking company and he turned up as promised (texting before to let me know a time). He quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted me for the cost of part. On his return, he fitted the part quickly and as he managed to get the part cheaper he charged me the cheaper price! Brilliant! All in all, great service and a nice chap to boot! I will definitely use Paul again when the need arises. Thank you!
Paul was absolutely superb. We had an issue with our built in fridge - Paul organised seeing us quickly - diagnosed the problem - and then went to great length to source the part required (it was not easy to find and the suppliers caused a couple of issues - but Paul persevered and kept us up to date). He was concerned that we were without a fridge - and had young kids - so even went out of his way to install the part out of work hours at our home in Tetbury.
